Your appointments are very important to Creative Studio Flow, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY / NO SHOW POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, we do text and email to confirm the date and time at 5 days, 24 hours and 2 hours prior to your appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

 * Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

 * “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 

Once you did that less than 24-hour cancel, last-minutes cancel, and NO SHOW ,We will ask for your credit card information and will be required to pre-pay before any future appointments are booked.

Cancellations are accepted via voice mail, text message, or email. The 24-hour cancellation policy will apply. 

If you were unable to contact us last appointment and canceled or changed your schedule within 48 hours, we will contact you one week before your next appointment to confirm. We will automatically cancel your reservation if we do not receive a reply from you one week in advance.

LATE/TARDY POLICY

Creative Studio Flow can not guarantee to move forward with your service if you are more than 15 minutes behind schedule. We can not deprive the next person of their service whom is on time.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. 

Creative Studio Flow cancellation policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies. 

CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXT

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL and TEXT you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date and time. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
